Leg and firm breast, moist, generously sliced from a tender beast, all embraced in a long thin golden blanket of a firm yet soft I baguette. Soft stuffing and deep pink sensuous cranberry sauce: The perfect turkey sandwich. Velvety and sticky bread sauce optional!

A simple equation

Wow, have just finished my monthly P&L, we are now paying twice as much VAT as we make profit. This is official!!! I thought I was a chef, a restaurateur, an host, a catering guy, a cook, a waiter, a maitre D..., but no, I was wrong all along, I am now an official tax collector! Life changes, alone, surprisingly! I wonder if I should now post my customer's bills inside brown envelops and seals these with an official stamp!!! Incroyable.
