- They have been waiting for 15 minutes.
What is wrong with table 10? There are people
queuing at the door.
- Good bye, Hello, Good bye, Can you cook the duck
a little more? Vegetable for table 10, 7 and 12,
Can I get the chicken supreme now? …
Breath deep, smile and concentrate, concentrate,
concentrate! “ Don’t forget those mussels under
the grill”. It is too hot, the bloody hollandaise
is splitting!! The bank is pulling out!! Yes? No!
Yes! No? Yes!!! The cash flow is down the drain
again, the V.A.T. man is on my back, Arthur is
chopping heads. Damian is chopping profit and
loss, the institutions are chopping shareholders
and I almost chopped my head …Oh, I forgot, the
chefs down in Chiswick High Street are cooking

Enjoy a healthy diet without losing the
pleasure of eating. Aimed at rheumatoid arthritis
sufferers, people with heart complaints and for
people who just wish a healthier life. Over 150
tasty recipes many with omega3.
In April 2007 I was diagnosed to have rheumatoid
arthritis. The appointment with my doctor was
swift, painless and serious. He sat at his
computer and handed me a single sheet of paper.
As he looked at me intensively he said:
-follow these principles for three months and
rheumatoid arthritis will have gone. Make sure you
follow these guidelines for three months without
any fail, the time necessary to change your blood
entirely.
He also stated that the effects will not be
immediate however I should not doubt of the
success of the “diet”. He also stated that it will
be good for my heart, my blood pressure and my
health in general.
He asked me to return 3 months later as a
formality, so sure he was of his advice. I had so
much pain in my ankles and legs that I did what he
asked to the letter and whilst I don’t believe
that it is a miracle cure, here are the results:
Within 1 week I had no more pain in my ankles or
knees.
Within 3 months I had no more symptoms at all and
since then, overall I feel so much better, so much
“younger”. I have lost weight and I have now fully
adapted with my family to a different way of
eating by suppressing and successfully replacing
almost all saturated fat, hydrogenated fat, animal
fats, red meats, junk food and ready meals from
our diet.
Last but not least, because there is really
nothing great and tasty to eat without butter and
cream, because fish has never been my favourite
food, (especially mackerels or sardines…), I have
adapted and created 150 recipes that are easy, are
familiar and can be shared by all my family,
recipes that combines my doctor’s advice and my
love for food and French cooking.
It is not a miracle cure, this is my own personal
experience and has worked wonder for me and I
wrote these recipes hope that it could do the same
for you.
